Our brain constantly vibrates in different frequencies — called brain waves — that shape how we think, feel, and act.

⚡ Beta (Active State): When you’re studying, working, attending meetings, or managing business tasks. It’s your alert, logical, problem-solving mind. Too much Beta = stress and overthinking.

🌿 Alpha (Relaxed Focus): The calm creative zone — when you daydream, visualize goals, or enjoy music. Alpha connects you to the subconscious and is the best state for affirmations, meditation, and reprogramming thoughts.

🌌 Theta (Subconscious Flow): The dreamy, intuitive state between wake and sleep. You access memories, creativity, and emotional healing here. Perfect for deep visualization or hypnosis.

😴 Delta (Healing Sleep): Deep, dreamless sleep where the body repairs and subconscious stores new patterns. It’s essential for recovery and mental balance.

⚡ Gamma (Peak Focus): The frequency of insight, genius, and spiritual awakening — when everything “clicks” or inspiration strikes.
